Julep- Leah
Hello Everyone! Today I have a swatch of my first Julep polish.... Leah!
Leah is a grass green with a hint of shimmer.
I'm sorry about the color accuracy; My camera does NOT like taking pictures of greens. Leah is more of a neon green than in these pictures.
I don't know if I got a bad bottle but I wasn't all that impressed by the application..... Leah is probably a sheer-jelly-creme. Leah took 2-3 coats for opacity and then the polish got a little gloopy on my ring finger. D:
Leah is a very unique color, I don't think I have one like it in my collection! This color reminds me of green frogs and green peas.
The best way to apply this color is to start with a thin coat, wait for it to dry. Then put your second coat.
Overall, I think Leah is a really pretty color but you might need some patience in applying it.
What a great green!

ReplyDeleteI love this green! So bright and pretty!
ReplyDeleteOoo such a pretty green!
ReplyDeleteI was trying to photograph Leah for my blog last night and this morning and couldn't get a good picture. My camera didn't like it either. I came online to see how other bloggers photographed it and I was glad to see that you mentioned how hard it is to photograph too. It's so neon that my camera makes it look crazy on my nails.... :( Your photos look great though!
