Remember my sponging mani?? That was the mani I did this tape design on, I saw this first at The Nail Buff she even did a tutorial, so if you wanna know how to do this just click the link. Mine is not as good as hers but I tried lol :P I really messed up the middle finger so just look at the pic without minding the middle finger xD
