KK Nails: How To Make Your Own Nail Polish Rings!
Aaaaaaaaah! I haven't blogged in almost 2 weeks! D: Sorry.... life gets super busy sometimes... :'(
But.. Today I'm gonna show you have to make your own nail polish rings!
What you're gonna need are accent gems; I got these from Dollar Tree for a dollar a bag. They come in different sizes and different colors.
And you're also gonna need some ring bases. You can get these from Hobby Lobby; I'm not sure what the price is though... :(
First, paint your design on the gem with polish. Then take a really strong glue, like Super Glue, and dab some under the gem.
Then place the ring's base on the center of the gem and let it dry for a few minutes.
Now you have your own nail polish ring!
Now I'm gonna share some of my designs. These are crackle and double crackle designs. (Double crackle is when you use two different crackle polishes on your design).
And here's some flakies and glitters.
Now some close-ups of my favorite ones!
Here is a flakie design. I used Finger Paints-Twisted and Wet N Wild- Black Creme. This design is suuuper simple to do!
Doesn't this design look like a cupcake?!? I used several different craft glitters and placed them on with tweezers. Then I finished with a white background.
Here's a color-shifting design. I love this one! The pictures are kindof blurry so that it could show more of the different colors. :)
